Cristián Roberts Castro

Managing Partner

Cristián Roberts is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at CREO Capital. Cristián is President of PRIME, a premier real estate firm, as well as a holding company, aimed at delivering strategic impact and value through a diversified but integrated group of companies within the real estate industry. Engaged in a tireless effort to develop a fundamental and systematic understanding of how the real estate ecosystem works, we translate that understanding into investment and development strategies and insights that help achieve an unparalleled level of partnership with our community, investors and clients. PRIME has participated with a select group of Multi-Latin corporations and high net worth groups in more than 300 real estate projects in 21 countries, mainly in Latin America. Prior to PRIME and CREO Capital, Cristián worked at Mesoamerica -sister organization to Bain & Company and Bain Capital - and at the law firm Pacheco Coto (now EY Law), where he accumulated additional experience in financial and legal strategic consulting, as well as mergers and acquisitions; participating in multiple transactions in Central America and the Caribbean. He is also an external board member in various companies and over time has contributed time and resources to various family legacy institutions such as the Hospital Clínica Bíblica and Asociación Roblealto, among others, and to the PRIME Foundation (Corporate Social Responsibility vertical at PRIME, which focuses on community intervention in towns neighboring projects that PRIME is involved in). Since 2013, Cristián is an active member of the Latin American Business Council (CEAL), and served as President of the Costa Rican chapter (2015 - 2021).

Daniel Grew

Managing Partner

Daniel is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at CREO Capital. Previously, Daniel worked as a Vice President at CPG Hospitality, a hospitality private equity fund targeting investments in Latin America and the Caribbean. Based in San Jose, Costa Rica, Daniel was responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, asset management of the underlying hotel portfolio, and coordinating all sustainability initiatives for the properties. Prior to joining CPG, Daniel worked as an investment officer at CoreCo Private Equity, a growth equity fund targeting investments in Central America. Previously, Daniel worked on the energy and technology investment team at HandsOn Ventures and as an investment analyst at JP Morgan. He serves as a Board Member of the Grew family’s sustainable, ranching and eco-tourism business, Hacienda Ario, and CIRENAS, a Costa Rica-based non-profit organization that seeks to create transformative connections between people and the environment through education, research, integration and innovation (www.cirenas.org). Daniel graduated with a B.S. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Masters in Engineering Management from Cornell University. In his free time, Daniel enjoys surfing, riding, and triathlons.

Arnold Amrhein

Vice President, Investments

Arnold is Vice President, Investments at CREO Capital and joined since the firm’s inception; his work at CREO aligns closely with his passion for hospitality and impactful real estate ventures. Arnold began his career with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, working with the Guest Relations team at Rosewood London and later supporting corporate initiatives in Los Angeles. He later joined Hotel Investment Partners (HIP) in Barcelona, the largest leisure hotel investment platform in Southern Europe, owned by Blackstone. There, he supported the Transformation Strategy team to deploy a €500M+ renovation budget across 60+ hotels throughout the Iberian Peninsula, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands. Arnold is also the co-founder of Nummi, Costa Rica’s first peer-to-peer lending platform, where he remains dedicated to driving financial innovation within the Costa Rican market. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Hotel Management from Les Roches, where he graduated with honors and distinction.

Benjamin Stimpson

Analyst

Benjamin is an analyst at CREO Capital. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science (Honors) in Economics, Politics, Pyschology, and Law and a minor in Law & Economics from the University of Amsterdam’s PPLE College. Previously, Benjamin interned with Artemis Growth Partners, a global private equity fund with $370M+ AUM. He also served as a Senate Page for Senator Richard Shelby of Alabama during the 115th United States Congress.
